Patient Communications Operator (Bilingual Russian/English)

TEMP/TTH/DH: Direct Hire (DH)

Pay Rate: Starting at $23/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday | 5 shifts per week, 8.5-hour shifts

Job Summary:
The Patient Communications Operator serves as the first point of contact for patients by answering a high volume of incoming calls, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and accurately entering patient information into the system while maintaining HIPAA compliance. This position requires excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills, along with bilingual fluency in Russian and English.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer a high volume of incoming patient calls.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Enter and update patient information accurately in the computer system.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Russian.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Bilingual in English and Russian.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
