What You’ll Do

Check patients in and out efficiently and warmly
Answer phones and manage patient flow with confidence
Handle billing and payment collection accurately
Educate patients on supplements and clinic services
Sell supplements and services with integrity and enthusiasm
Teach potential patients about our concierge membership model and encourage enrollment
Scan and upload documents into patient charts
Support the clinical team by keeping operations smooth and organized

Clinic Hours

Monday–Thursday: 7:00am–6:00pm
Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm
Flexible hours, with the expectation of consistency and reliability
