Patient Coordinator

Pine Top Orthodontics - Carefree is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our front-office team in Colorado Springs, CO! Our thriving practice is well-known in the community for providing comprehensive orthodontic care. Compensation

• $23-25 an hour based on experience and skillset

Schedule

• Full-time
• Rotating schedule
• Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Wednesdays, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
• One Saturday a month, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
• 3-4 days a week for seeing patients, 1 day a week for admin

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on dental/Ortho experience is highly preferred
• Experience with treatment coordination and financial presentations is preferred
• Knowledge of Ortho 2 Edge software
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
