Patient Coordinator | Full-Time | Outpatient | Jenks, OK

H2 Health is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our outpatient therapy team in Jenks, Oklahoma. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting our clinicians and helping the clinic operate efficiently. Whether you're starting your healthcare career or bringing previous customer service experience, we'd love to meet you.

Our H2 Health Jenks outpatient clinic provides comprehensive rehabilitation services, including physical therapy for orthopedic injuries, sports medicine, balance and dizziness disorders, chronic pain, neurological conditions, workers' compensation, and performance enhancement. You'll work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment.

Your Role

  • Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient calendars.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as needed.
  • Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Complete patient registration and maintain electronic medical records.
  • Communicate with referral sources, providers, and insurance companies.
  • Support daily front office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Help create a positive, organized, and efficient clinic environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service, medical office, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
  • Entry-level candidates and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism.
