The Patient Coordinator (PC) serves as the first point of contact for patient seeking emergency and non-emergency medical support from their provider.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients
- Provide compassionate, empathetic support using guided scripting
- Build trust and ensure a positive patient experience
- Accurately document patient information and needs
- Prepare detailed reports for nurse triage teams

- Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Background and reference check required
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Previous high-volume inbound call center experience
- Healthcare or medical-related experience
Home Office Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions
- Ability to maintain a secure, confidential workspace

Pay
- Base Pay is $17/hour
- +$1/hr shift differentials for evenings (3pm-11pm Mon-Thurs)
- +$3/hr shift differentials weekends
- +$1/hr for Bilingual English/Spanish speakers
