Patient Data Coordinator's Main Objective:
The Patient Data Coordinator will assist our centralized team with providing high level support organizing and completing the day-to-day data entry and data quality activities that support our clinical research sites. The Patient Data Coordinator will maintain all activities related to the accurate and timely handling of clinical research data including but not limited to:
- Enter, review, and reconcile clinical research data with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness
- Identify potential discrepancies, missing information, or errors and communicate clearly with clinical teams to support timely resolution
- Support data quality throughout each study by following established processes and maintaining organized records with a strong emphasis on accurate, quality charting
- Communicate with patients and clinic staff to confirm patient datapoints
- Support teams by providing concise, professional, and consistent communication regarding data-related questions and follow-up
- Help maintain efficient workflow across multiple assignments and deadlines while prioritizing tasks appropriately
- Serve as a key resource in allowing our clinical research sites to provide excellent customer service to our patients, physicians and sponsors
- Maintain timely and accurate data entry by completing assigned work within expected deadlines

Skills needed to win:
- Required: Associate's degree or higher from any accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
- Required: 1+ year of professional work experience
- Required: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Healthcare, clinical research, medical scribe, medical billing, or other healthcare-related exposure is not required but always a plus!
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Job Type: Full-time, 40+hours
Salary: $20/hour to $22.50/hour
