Expected pay for this position is $19.96 - $22.18/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Concierge greets all patients, families, visitors and staff in assigned area. Proactively assists individuals, providing information, direction and hospitality. May provide guidance to individuals related to other OSF facilities/service areas, coordinate transportation needs, provide local area direction, and advise of area accommodations or amenities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High School/GED
• Experience: 1 year of experience working with basic computer systems/applications, for example, email and internet
• Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Other requirements/information: ​Current state driver's license and good driving record required
