WE’RE HIRING: Patient Experience Coordinator & Financial Officer

  • You will help keep the office flowing, organized, and operating at a high level while creating an incredible experience for our patients.

    Daily responsibilities may include:
    Greeting and checking patients in/out
    Answering phones with energy and professionalism
    Scheduling and managing appointments
    Responding to texts, emails, leads, and patient messages
    Helping new patients feel welcomed and confident
    Preparing financials, discussing care plans, pricing, and payment options
    Collecting payments and explaining charges, closing out charges and applying credits 
    Insurance verification and benefits review
    Submitting referrals and authorizations
    Assisting veterans with Community Care referrals and paperwork
    Helping maintain organization and follow-through throughout the office
    Coordinating communication between providers, rehab, and front desk
    Managing to-do lists and operational tasks
    Supporting marketing events and community outreach
    Participating in weekly team trainings and growth meetings
    Jumping in wherever needed to support the team and patient experience
  • Additional Administrative Tasks

Experience in chiropractic, dental, or medical offices is a PLUS
Insurance verification experience is a plus but not required
Sales/customer service experience is a HUGE PLUS

SCHEDULE / EXPECTATIONS:
This role requires flexibility and reliability.

Current office coverage needs are:

  • Monday: 7:15am–7:15pm

  • Tuesday: 9:30am–7:30pm

  • Thursday: 1:00pm–6:00pm

  • Friday: 7:15am–5:15pm

  • Saturday: 11:30am–5:30pm

Flexibility is REQUIRED as our clinic continues to grow and evolve.  This means schedule and needs may change for required hours.  We have some flexibility with those coverage hours, but need those hours covered most of the time. 

Our team also participates in:

  • Marketing/community events

  • Team cross-coverage

  • Special projects

  • Growth initiatives

This means we need someone who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.

PAY:
Hourly + Commission 

We are looking for someone who wants more than “just a job.”

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
