Sodexo is seeking an experienced Patient Experience Manager 1 to join our food team at HMH JFK University Medical Center and Palisades Medical Center located in Edison and North Bergen, New Jersey.
JFK University Medical Center is a 499 bed non-profit, acute care hospital. It is a member of the Hackensack Meridian Health system and operates as a teaching hospital for complex neurological and rehabilitation care
Palisades Medical Center is a non-profit hospital with a capacity of 197 beds. It also operates a separate 245-bed nursing home and rehabilitation center on its campus
The ideal candidate will have experience driving patient satisfaction in a large healthcare organization. The role will include patient rounding, quality assurance activities, host/hostess development/management, and driving an exceptional dining experience for their patients for 2 locations
