Patient Experience Navigator needed for large hospitals in South Jersey.
Voorhees Emergency Department - Onsite position $17.50 - $18.50 hr, Long Term Temp.40 hours a week.
Work: M-F 10:30 AM - 7 PM OR Work: M-F 11:30 AM - 8 PM
Camden Emergency Department - Onsite position $17.50 - $18.50 hr, Long Term Temp.40 hours a week.
Work: M-F 10:30 AM - 7 PM
Bilingual Spanish preferred (at Camden location)

Speak to patients pending discharge in an effort to arrange their outpatient appointments.
Prior Medical Scheduling experience or similar a plus!
Must have strong customer service experience.
Must have compassionate and patient demeanor.
