How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Pharmacy Technician with strong Medication Prior Authorization experience is required.
  • Supervise daily staff operations and streamline medication navigation from diagnosis through delivery.
  • Complete patient assistance program applications, including medication script translation.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely medication delivery and issue resolution.
  • Support team growth through stakeholder relationship management, staff training, hiring, and performance development.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Pharmacy Tech preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate''s degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
