Job Description

Patient Navigator needed for large hospital in Camden County.

$19.50 per/hr, Long Term Temp.

Onsite

Shift: M-F 8 am - 4:30 pm OR Shift: M-F 9:30 am - 6:00 pm

Training: 4-6 weeks, Tuesday -Thursday (8-4:30 pm in Pennsauken)

Job Duties

  • Scheduling patients follow up appointment after discharge

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in healthcare or similar a plus!
  • Must have strong customer service experience.
  • Must have a compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • B/L Spanish preferred
