As a Patient Navigator, you''ll serve as a trusted guide for patients and families, helping them navigate the healthcare system, access critical resources, and overcome barriers to care. Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field of study required; relevant experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
1+ years of patient facing, medical office or other related experience strongly preferred.
Bilingual Spanish speaking strongly preferred.
Additional Skills for Success:
Strong knowledge of healthcare resources, community services, and patient advocacy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines and experiences.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with electronic health records and case management software.

Schedule and Work Model
Full-time, Monday through Friday, approximately 8am-4:30pm.
Hybrid work model: On-site at Massachusetts General Medical Group (Staniford Street in Boston, MA) 4 days per week; remote/work from home 1 day per week.
Remote workdays require stable, secure, quiet, compliant workspace with MGB issued equipment.
