Patient Observation Tech - Weekends only!

Immediate need for multiple Patient Observation Techs (PCA/PCT or CNA)
This is a 13 week assignment scheduled with no "on call".

Location: Springfield, Massachusetts hospital environment
Friday/ Saturday/ Sundays!  36 hours

7am -7:30pm  (3) 12 hour shifts

7pm - 7:30am  (3) 12 hour shifts  ORJob Description
-Providing observation for patients requiring 1:1 or close supervision.
-Answering call bells
-Ensuring patient safety
-Maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
-Must be within arm's length at all times of patient.

Experience: 1 year of direct patient care experience & Prior hospital or inpatient experience preferred in a fast paced environment

Education: High school diploma or equivalent License/Certifications  Medical onboarding required (candidate's expense) 

• MMR, Varicella,  Hep B, TB/PPD - titers or proof of vaccination
• Flu & COVID & Tdap vaccinations
• Physical in past year, Drug Test & BLS certification from AHA
• 2 professional references
