    How you'll make an impact in this role

    • This patient-facing position is responsible for registration, scheduling, and clerical duties in a very active work environment.

    • Secure Timely Care Authorizations: Verify insurance coverage and secure required pre-authorizations before procedures take place.

    • Guide Patient Financial Transparency: Communicate directly with patients and clinical providers regarding coverage details and out-of-pocket estimates, providing clear financial guidance prior to care.

    • Execute Precision Claims Submissions: Prepare and submit accurate billing claims across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and government payers to ensure swift, error-free reimbursement.

    • Resolve Complex Billing Discrepancies: Research and reconcile unbilled or denied claims, collaborating across departments to maintain seamless revenue flow and up-to-date patient records.

    What minimum requirements you'll need

    Education:

    • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
