Patient Recruitment Specialist's Main Objective

The Patient Recruitment Specialist is responsible for connecting patients to clinical research opportunities across our site network.  In this role, you will:

  • Conduct compassionate outbound calls to prospective patients, screening for eligibility and interest in clinical trial opportunities
  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls with precision and urgency
  • Maintain working knowledge of study indications and patient requirements
  • Collaborate closely with clinic and recruitment teams to meet enrollment goals for our clinical trials

Skills Needed to Win

  • Required: 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing role
  • Required: People-oriented, compassionate phone communication skills
  • Required: Openness to share rotating Saturday coverage
  • Preferred: Sales, call center, collections, banking, customer service, or other outbound call-heavy experience in a high-volume, metric-driven environment
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree
  • Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this role is $33,000-$40,000. Commission is paid biweekly. Average first-year earnings are approximately $46,000-$54,000, with higher earning potential for strong performers. Top performers can earn significantly more through our uncapped commission.
