Position Summary
The Patient Recruitment Support role will lead the development and execution of scalable, patient-centered recruitment strategies that enhance awareness and enrollment across the company clinical trials. Reporting to the Director Global Patient Recruitment, this role plays a pivotal part in transforming how patients are engaged throughout the trial journey, ensuring recruitment efforts are insight-driven, inclusive, and operationally aligned with the company’s scientific priorities. This role will work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Global Development, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, and external partners to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that address study-specific needs while supporting enterprise-wide objectives. This position will be accountable for driving measurable impact on enrollment timelines, diversity outcomes, and patient experience in alignment with regulatory expectations and ethical standards. This role is critical in advancing company’s commitment to inclusive, efficient, and impactful clinical research by delivering scalable, insight-informed recruitment strategies that support trial outcomes.
