Patient Registration rolebased in
Carmel, IN! Responsibilities- Confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients.
- Maintain professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service.
- Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients.
- Facilitate patient flow from point of entry to the destination.
Requirements- Some office, food service, or retail experience required.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service!
Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM rotating schedule with alternating weekends (40 hrs/wk)
Job Type: Contract
Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
