Join a mission driven healthcare support team as a Patient Registration Specialist, helping patients access the services they need by coordinating registration requests with hospitals, care teams, and internal partners. This role combines compassionate customer support with detail oriented coordination in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
• Support patients, hospitals, and clinical teams via phone, email, fax, and web • Process incoming registration requests and coordinate next steps • Make outbound calls to hospitals and partners to confirm details • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in CRM and internal systems • Assist with urgent or emergency service requests as needed • Meet department performance metrics while delivering exceptional service • Build strong relationships with care coordinators, case managers, and hospital staff • Share ideas to improve registration workflows and processes
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent, required • 6+ months of customer service or related experience • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through with accuracy • Basic-intermediate computer skills (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook) • Comfort working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment • A patient-focused mindset with strong customer service abilities

Pay Details: $19.75 to $20.75 per hour
