Job Overview:
Pay Range: $18.81hr - $23.81hr
Requirement/Must Have:

Responsibilities:
- Gather and verify patient data and perform data entry.
- Collect missing information from external customers including hospital staff and doctor offices.
- Review and evaluate patient and event information received, gathering additional data to determine if events should be forwarded to the Complaint Department.
- Perform peer auditing of Implant Patient Registry (IPR) data.
- Sort and organize incoming mail by date.
- Print and mail Implant Patient ID cards.
- Respond and answer basic patient registry questions.
- Participate in projects and identify potential improvement opportunities to optimize processes for supervisor review.
- Develop a solid understanding of team processes and systems within the first 90 days.
- Achieve proficiency in handling standard workflows independently.
- Contribute to backlog reduction and productivity goals.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Previous experience in office administration or customer service.
Skills:
- Ability to type 55 wpm accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

- Knowledge of complaint, HIPAA, and GDP regulations.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.

Qualification And Education:
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
