About Us

We are an impact-driven organization focused on advancing health outcomes through data, research, and collaboration. Our work centers on supporting innovative approaches to address unmet needs in complex health conditions. By facilitating multi-stakeholder engagement and enabling real-world evidence generation, we aim to contribute to transformational progress in care and discovery.

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of a long-term patient registry initiative. This leadership role requires a sophisticated understanding of real-world data, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional program delivery. The registry will serve as a key resource for generating insights that inform research, clinical care, and broader system-level impact.

The ideal candidate will bring deep program management expertise, familiarity with health data infrastructure, and the ability to lead across scientific, operational, and engagement domains. This individual will serve as the strategic and operational lead for the registry initiative, with responsibility for execution, governance, and long-term sustainability.

Job Duties

Accountabilities will be strategic and cross-functional, including but not limited to:

Program Leadership & Execution:
  • Lead the full lifecycle of the patient registry initiative, from planning through long-term implementation.

  • Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Drive strategic alignment across internal leadership, technical partners, and external collaborators.

  • Ensure the registry evolves in alignment with scientific, regulatory, and community needs.

Governance & Oversight:
  • Establish and oversee governance structures including advisory boards and steering committees.

  • Ensure transparency, accountability, and stakeholder input are embedded in program operations.

  • Manage compliance with data privacy, ethics, and quality standards.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management:
  • Serve as primary liaison to clinical, research, advocacy, and industry partners.

  • Foster trusted, long-term relationships across sectors to support program goals and engagement.

  • Represent the registry in strategic discussions with collaborators, funders, and thought leaders.

Evidence Generation & Data Strategy:
  • Oversee registry operations to enable high-quality data collection and long-term utility.

  • Support data request and use case review processes in accordance with governance frameworks.

  • Align registry outputs with research questions, policy interests, and real-world applications.

Communications & External Representation:
  • Present registry vision, updates, and impact at conferences, meetings, and publications.

  • Collaborate on the development of external-facing content, including progress reports and thought leadership.

  • Contribute to the visibility and credibility of the program as a resource to the broader community.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree required (MPH, MSc, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant health or scientific field.

  • 8+ years of progressive program management experience (PMP preferred), ideally in a healthcare, research, or public health setting.

  • Research experience in cancer preferred.

  • Nursing informatics preferred.

  • Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives involving health data, research, or clinical infrastructure.

  • Strong understanding of real-world data, patient registries, or longitudinal data initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, vendors, and partnerships with high integrity and effectiveness.

  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort presenting to executive audiences and external stakeholders.

  • Highly strategic and execution-focused, with the ability to think long-term while driving short-term results.

Reporting Lines

This role reports to the executive leadership team and may manage junior staff or consultants based on project scope.

If you are a strategic leader passionate about improving lives through better data, collaboration, and innovation, we invite you to apply and join a mission-focused team driving meaningful change.
