At ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine, we're looking for an energetic, detail-driven Patient Relations Specialist to be the face and voice of our Columbia, SC clinic. What You'll Do
Patient Experience
- Be the first voice patients hear — phone, front desk, and everything in between
- Enter new patient demographics accurately in our EMR
- Schedule and manage appointments, adjusting for provider capacity and no-show patterns
- Collect payments and keep payment methods on file
- Route insurance/billing questions to the right team member
- Send graduating patients off feeling celebrated (and asked for a review!)
Office Operations
- Run the front office: phones, fax, kiosk, scanner, EMR document routing
- Process discharges and keep records current
- Support insurance authorizations, medical record requests, and informed consent tracking
- Keep the clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly
