At ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine, we're looking for an energetic, detail-driven Patient Relations Specialist to be the face and voice of our Columbia, SC clinic. What You'll Do


Patient Experience

  • Be the first voice patients hear — phone, front desk, and everything in between
  • Enter new patient demographics accurately in our EMR
  • Schedule and manage appointments, adjusting for provider capacity and no-show patterns
  • Collect payments and keep payment methods on file
  • Route insurance/billing questions to the right team member
  • Send graduating patients off feeling celebrated (and asked for a review!)
Office Operations

  • Run the front office: phones, fax, kiosk, scanner, EMR document routing
  • Process discharges and keep records current
  • Support insurance authorizations, medical record requests, and informed consent tracking
  • Keep the clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly
