As ClaimAid’s Patient Resource Advocate in Missouri, you will serve as an expert who is able to support individuals and families by determining eligibility and enrolling them in subsidized health care coverage. At ClaimAid, our vision is to positively impact the lives we touch by consistently following our principles.
 
This is a full-time position. Benefits for a Patient Resource Advocate include:
  • Starting Pay - $18-$19/hour, commensurate with experience

 Qualifications of a Patient Resource Advocate include (but are not limited to):
  • Required: Administrative work experience and organizational expertise
  • Required: Customer service experience and the ability to maintain a professional, positive demeanor
  • Required: Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Required: Willingness to travel intermittently, as needed
  • Valued: Experience following HIPAA regulations
  • Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience valued
