As a ClaimAid Patient Resource Advocate and supportive Front Desk Assistant, you will serve as an expert who is able to support individuals and families by determining eligibility and enrolling them in subsidized health care coverage and support day-to-day front desk administrative duties.. ClaimAid has a thorough training program to prepare Advocates to obtain their Indiana Navigator license, which is a requirement of the position.
