    How youll make an impact in this role

    • Drive continuous readiness for accreditation by coordinating all Joint Commission and regulatory standards, ensuring our clinical teams are always equipped to deliver compliant, safe patient care.

    • Champion multidisciplinary problem-solving by collaborating with clinical and operational teams to resolve care bottlenecks, reduce operational costs, and seamlessly implement safer medical systems.

    • Advance patient safety initiatives by designing and supporting targeted risk-reduction workflows that actively minimize clinical errors and elevate standard operating procedures.

    • Translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights by analyzing data across multiple platforms to build financial and quality reports that empower service line leaders to make informed, strategic improvements.

    What minimum requirements youll need

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    • Quality Professional credentialed from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) preferred.
    • Risk Management preferred.

    Education:

    • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate''s degree, or Technical degree required.

    What additional preferences we''re seeking

    • BSN
    • Minimum 3 year of RN in ER/ICU
    • Previous Quality experience
