Bilingual Patient Scheduler - 2 months | Dallas, TX | 40 hours/week
Established clinic has an immediate contract opening for a Patient Call Center Scheduler (Bilingual) of 1 year experience with patient calls, appointment scheduling, and EMR system NextGen in healthcare to join our team for a 2 month assignment, onsite in Dallas.
Start: ASAP - starts with immediate benefits
Pay: $17.80 - $18.00 per hour | Based on experience
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-5p
Required Experience:
- Patient Scheduling: 1 year experience in medical office with patient calls, scheduling
- NextGen: Familiar with EMR System
- Excellent customer service, communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Immunizations records
- Able to start ASAP for 2 months
Job Summary:- Schedule patients for various appointments (adult, pediatric, OBGYN, dental) in EMR
- Average of 60 calls per day
- Verify insurance, send tasks to other departments (nursing, referrals, optometry, etc.),
- Make outgoing calls to patients who request appointments online
- Will join a team of 10 agents
