Patient Service Representative (PSA) Neurology
Location: Warrington, PA 18976
Duration: 13 Weeks
Local Candidates Only: Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility.
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative (PSA) to support the front desk of a busy Neurology practice. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with EPIC/PennChart and be comfortable handling a high-volume patient environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Scan and upload documents into EPIC/PennChart
- Perform general front desk and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Experience as a Patient Service Representative, Medical Receptionist, or Front Desk Coordinator
- Proficiency with EPIC/PennChart (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced Neurology office
