Position Overview
Our client is a leading Healthcare provider in the Greater Philadelphia area! Their practice in Plumsteadville, PA is seeking a Patient Services Representative to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless experience from appointment scheduling through check-in and check-out while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Services & Scheduling
Answer incoming patient calls and respond to inquiries promptly while following established protocols and service standards.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments both in person and over the phone.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including:
Collecting copays
Obtaining insurance cards and referrals
Securing required signatures
Updating patient information within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Communicate patient wait times and assist in managing patient flow throughout the practice.
Provide a positive and professional experience for patients and visitors.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
