The Contact Centers friendly staff supports and promotes the organizations physicians and services while ensuring that all telephone inquiries are responded to in a comprehensive and considerate manner.
As the Patient Service Representative, you will help ensure that Hawaii Pacific Health patients and their families receive warm, friendly, and considerate assistance. You will act as a liaison between patients and the professional staff in our Contact Center and assist with a variety of administrative tasks. These include:
• Interviewing • Registering • Admitting • Updating and creating patients medical records • Performing accurate and timely processing of all professional and technical fees generated by department providers • Performing cash handling and collection
We are looking for a sensitive and helpful individual with excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality healthcare to Hawaiis people.
