Patient Service Representative

Capital Cardiology Associates, the trusted authority in cardiovascular health in the Capital Region, is actively seeking for a Full-Time Patient Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position in our Albany location. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to receiving and processing appointment requests (scheduling and rescheduling) made by patients, physician offices, hospitals, etc.  Receiving and processing hospital consults.  The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize; must be a team player, punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.  Basic computer knowledge is required and experience with electronic medical record software such as eScribe is a plus.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $20-$21 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
