The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is a remote independent contractor role providing patient training on LifeVest® wearable defibrillators.
The position involves scheduling services, traveling to patients' homes or facilities, and instructing patients and caregivers on device use and care, including programming and sizing. PSRs follow up to ensure patient understanding and manage device inventory.
Preferred candidates have at least 1 year of paid patient care experience, valid driver’s license, and are willing to accept flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications include completing background checks, disclosing personal NPI (if applicable), and paying a small annual fee. This role offers flexibility, competitive fee-for-service pay, and the opportunity to contribute to lifesaving medical technology.
