Dental Associates of Northern Virginia is looking for a Patient Service Representative in Falls Church, VA to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. The person will support all the staff members and patients in the office. They will answer phones, handle patient inquiries, make appointments, and assist with the completion of the patient's treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements while being flexible in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager.
