Patient Service Representative

Pride Health is hiring a Patient Care Coord to support our client's medical facility in Mound, TX 75028. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (Possibility of conversion or extension) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: Patient Care Coord

Location: Mound, TX 75028 (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $24/hr to $25/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients while providing exceptional customer service.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update demographic information.
• Collect co-pays and maintain accurate patient records.
• Prepare patient charts and support daily front-office operations.
• Assist providers and clinical staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or medical office experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented.
