As one of the first people patients interact with, you will play an important role in ensuring every visit begins with exceptional service, compassion, and professionalism. • Complete patient registration, verify demographic and insurance information, and support billing processes.
  • Help maintain accurate patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Support providers and clinical staff with administrative and patient care tasks, including rooming patients, taking vital signs, and assisting with medication renewals, as appropriate.
  • Monitor patient flow and help ensure an organized, welcoming reception area.
  • Work collaboratively with providers, clinical staff, and colleagues to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates who have:

  • A high school diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred).
  • One to three years of experience in a healthcare, medical office, or customer service environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Medical Assistant training or certification.
  • Experience using electronic health records (such as Medicat or other EHR systems).
  • Knowledge of medical billing processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
