We are seeking a Patient Service Representative Lead to support clinic operations and ensure exceptional patient care.
In this role, you will partner with clinic leadership to oversee the patient service team, handle clerical tasks such as reception, medical records, charge entry, and referrals, and facilitate communication between the healthcare team and patients.
Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of healthcare experience (preferably in outpatient or physician offices), basic office and computer skills, knowledge of medical terminology and insurance, and a strong attention to detail.
Physical requirements include sedentary work with occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
