The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is an independent contractor role supporting patient training and equipment management for a wearable defibrillator device.

Preferred candidates include healthcare professionals such as RN, EMT, Paramedic, PA, MA, Phlebotomist, and others, with at least 1 year of professional patient care experience documented on their resume.

Responsibilities involve managing equipment inventory, scheduling fittings with caregivers and families, conducting trainings, measuring patients for proper garment sizing, and following up as needed.

PSRs must be willing to travel for home visits, conduct evening and weekend activities, and complete necessary documentation promptly.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, insurance, willingness to undergo background checks and additional vendor training, and disclosure of personal NPI number if applicable.
