We are looking for a Patient Service Representative in Wayzata, Minnesota to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient service and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. This person will be a support person to all of the staff members and patients in his/her office. They will answer phones, handle patient inquiries, make appointments, and assist with the completion of the patient's treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements while being flexible in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager.
