Seeking a Patient Service Representative in Wayne, NJ, for a large radiology and imaging practice. This full-time role pays $19/hour and offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Responsibilities include managing high-volume patient scheduling, answering calls, checking in patients, and maintaining front desk operations with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Qualifications preferred: prior medical scheduling or insurance knowledge and strong phone customer service skills.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm, with rotating Saturday mornings every 6 weeks. Benefits include a 4-week training program, supportive team, and career growth opportunities.
