Patient Service Specialist

Walnut Ridge clinic is looking for a front office team member to join our team!The Patient Service Specialist works as a part of the care team performing those clerical duties necessary to prepare patients for a visit. Greet patients, checks patients in and out and collects fees. Ensures that accurate patient and insurance information is collected and entered in the EHR. Answers telephone, takes messages and makes appointments.
