What You’ll Do:
  • Transport medical equipment safely and efficiently to and from patient locations
  • Assist with patient service tasks to ensure positive patient experiences
  • Set up and troubleshoot medical equipment as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with patients and staff
  • Follow all safety protocols and confidentiality guidelines
  • Document delivery and service activities accurately
  • Support team operations to ensure timely and reliable service delivery

What You Need:
Required:
  • Valid healthcare-related certification or driver’s license (when applicable)
  • Prior experience in patient services, equipment delivery, or related field
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to follow safety and confidentiality protocols

Preferred:
  • Experience with medical equipment handling
  • Familiarity with local area and navigation
