What You’ll Do

• Drive assigned routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe operation and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment
• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety
• Complete accurate delivery documentation and patient visit reports
• Load, unload, and secure medical equipment safely
• Maintain company vehicle in a clean, safe, and operational condition
• Support urgent patient needs during on-call rotations, including after-hours and weekends
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, caregivers, and team members
• Follow safety procedures and healthcare regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Need
Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing at least 65 pounds
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic documentation systems

Preferred:

• General delivery or route driving experience
• Healthcare or medical background
• DME or home medical equipment experience
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Previous patient or customer service experience in home settings
