Job Summary
Patient Services Coordinator - Part-Time
Join a dynamic team at MGH providing essential support to patient access operations. In this role, you'll be managing referrals, scheduling new patients, verifying insurance, and ensuring smooth communication.
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service or healthcare experience preferred
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with change
Reliable, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves
Familiarity with Epic is a plus
Schedule:
Part-time, 4-5 days/week, short shifts (e.g., 10-2)
On-site at MGH initially; future hybrid flexibility possible

Summary: Performs administrative functions to support smooth and efficient care of patients in the Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Performs a variety of tasks supporting the scheduling of new patients. May assist with general administrative practice support, as needed.
