The Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute is expanding and opening a new ambulatory oncology clinic at Brigham and Women's Hospital - and we're building the front-line team from the ground up.
In the role of Patient Services Coordinator III (PSC III), you will manage check-in and check-out processes, coordinate scheduling, support provider workflows, and serve as a key point of contact for patients navigating their oncology care. As volume ramps up and the program expands later this year, you'll play a critical role in scaling operations and setting the standard for service excellence.

Job Summary
Performs administrative functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations. Performs administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties (performs all duties of the other levels at highest proficiency level).

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No. Experience: 3-5 years office/customer service experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
