Position Summary
Patient Services Coordinator is a position serving as the first point of contact for patients while also supporting clinical services under the direction of licensed providers. This role blends patient-facing customer service, clinical skills, and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth daily clinic operations and high-quality care.
This position is ideal for a healthcare professional who enjoys variety, accountability, and making a direct impact in a patient-centered setting.
Schedule
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2–4 Saturdays per month)
Up to 30 hours a week
Employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to shift start.
