Overview:

Seeking an individual with experience in patient referral management, registration, insurance verification/preauthorization, scheduling and collections to take on a centralized role for our 7 outpatient rehab locations.

Responsibilities:
  • referral intake/processing
  • managing documents requiring medical provider signatures
  • verifying accuracy and completeness of department appointment reports.
Qualifications:
  • learns quickly and handles a consistently busy workload with enthusiasm  
  • experience working with electronic health record systems
  • highly organized and detail oriented 
  • superior customer service skills
  •  high school diploma
  • college level classes in healthcare office administration preferred
