Seeking an individual with experience in patient referral management, registration, insurance verification/preauthorization, scheduling and collections to take on a centralized role for our 7 outpatient rehab locations.
Responsibilities:
- referral intake/processing
- managing documents requiring medical provider signatures
- verifying accuracy and completeness of department appointment reports.
Qualifications:
- learns quickly and handles a consistently busy workload with enthusiasm
- experience working with electronic health record systems
- highly organized and detail oriented
- superior customer service skills
- high school diploma
- college level classes in healthcare office administration preferred
