Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Service Manager 1 who will support the FMOL healthcare system in the Baton Rouge/Lafayette, LA region, requiring travel across multiple locations. This role involves managing patient satisfaction initiatives, fostering a customer-oriented culture, and ensuring positive experiences. Responsibilities include training staff, providing constructive feedback, and implementing patient-focused programs. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and have a strong commitment to excellent service. Experience in food and environmental services is a plus. The role is client-facing, requiring effective communication and collaboration to continuously improve patient care and service delivery across all departments.

 

This individual will need to travel between site locations, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s license record check is required.

What You'll Do

  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management)
  • develop strategic plans 
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance
  • have daily interaction with employees, patients, their families and clinical team to ensure patient satisfaction
  • create a positive environment
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met.
