The Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) announces an examination process to create an eligibility list for one (1) vacancy for the classification of Patient Services Representative District-Wide. The eligibility list may be utilized to fill vacancies for this classification for up to four (4) months. The current vacancies are in the Primary Care Center of the FQHC Division. The list will be use to fill future vacancies throughout all District locations. This recruitment will close on or before the date list above, once a sufficient number of qualified applicants have been identified. All new hires will have a starting salary of $20.48 per hour, which is non-negotiable. Responsible for providing various activities related to patient support services, such as greeting patients, appointment registration, verifying insurance eligibility, processing sliding fee discounts, collecting payments, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and processing medical records.
