Large managed care company is looking for Patient Services Representatives with excellent communications skills for a busy medical office.
WORK LOCATION:8080 State Hwy 121, Suite 300, McKinney TX 75070
PAY: $15.00
CONTRACT DATES: ASAP - 8/28/26 with the possibility of extension or being hired directly
HOURS: Shifts are M-F 7:50am - 5:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phones
- Provide excellent customer service
- Make sure lobby is clean
QUALIFICATIONS
- Highschool/GED or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service
- Previous experience working in a clinic or doctors office
- Solid knowledge of Outlook and Word
- EMR (eCW) experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
