Freedom Physical Therapy Services is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team and support the daily operations of our busy outpatient therapy clinic. In this role, you will be one of the first people our patients interact with, and your warmth, organization, and attention to detail will help set the tone for an exceptional care experience.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Friday - 8:30am-2pm

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism - whether in person or by phone
• Own the check-in/check-out process including collecting co-pays and verifying insurance
• Manage scheduling, cancellations, and appointment flow
• Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records
• Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and referral sources
• Support overall front office operations and clinic efficiency

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You're detail-oriented, organized and confident managing a busy front desk
• You have experience with insurance verification, EMRs, and clinic operations
• You thrive in a structured environment and aren't afraid to enforce policies 
• You're a natural problem solver and multitasker with a service-first mindset
• Prior experience in a physical therapy or medical setting highly preferred, but not required 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience with insurance verification and authorizations strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Physical therapy or outpatient medical setting experience preferred
• EMR or scheduling software experience preferred
