Patient Services Representative
Job Location: 160 East 56th Street New York, NY
Job Type: Full-Time (Mon - Fri - 6:45am-3:45pm; 40 hours per week. Will further discuss work schedule during interview.)
Salary: $19.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
You'll achieve success by:
- Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while delivering exceptional customer service
- Verifying insurance, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to ensure smooth billing and patient access to care
- Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documents
- Answering phone calls, assisting patients, and upholding HIPAA compliance, ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Basic office and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
